| Set offers | We will do our best to deliver all the ordered items at the same time. However, if this is not possible we will first send a partial delivery and send the rest at a later date. Subsequent deliveries will be free of charge for customers. We would be happy to advise you of delivery costs for all orders and suggest an estimated delivery date upon request, which is indicated on your order confirmation. Delivery charges are calculated on the basis of the weight and size of your order and the location of the delivery address. If the delivery date is postponed for any reason, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative delivery date. The customer does not have the right to claim a certain date of delivery. |

| If the order is worth more than EUR 500 we will deliver the goods up to the German border free of charge. We will find the most appropriate and cost-effective means of delivery to locations outside Germany and inform you in advance. If the customer is not at home on the day of delivery, the items will be sent back to the warehouse and customers may be charged an additional fee. | ||||||||

| Should you be interested in placing an order, please send us the WOODLAND purchase order form by post or fax +49 (0) 2133 248 217. You may pre-order by telephone or e-mail, but make sure you send us the original purchase order form by post or fax two weeks before the delivery date at the latest. Unfortunately we are not able to dispatch your order until we receive the order form and your payment. Please indicate your quotation number and other requests on the order form. If you wish to change your order, please send us a revised order form approximately two weeks before the delivery date. |

All of our prices in the catalogue are gross prices including the German tax amount of 19%. (This tax amount of 19% can only be excluded if your order is going to be delivered into a country that is not part of the European Union. In this case you will be asked to pay the taxes and custom clearance existent in your country.) We accept 14 days advance payment by bank transfer with 2% discount. This discount can not be applied onto special offers, phase-out models and set offers as well as special finishes. Special finishes can only be prepared if you pay the total sum or at least 10% of the total sum at the same time your order is confirmed. We also accept personal cheques, which require five working days for cheques to clear, therefore, we ask you to send the cheques three weeks before the delivery date. It is also possible for you to pay by PAYPAL 14 days before the delivery date. All goods remain the property of WOODLAND until we have received full payment. |

| Return warranty: | ||||||||
|
If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reasons, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt. Should you decide to do so, simply send us a return claim in writing within this period. Items should be then returned in their original packaging and original condition within the next eight days. You will receive a full refund except for the delivery cost. You will be responsible to send back the product with your own cost. Items which have been assembled, used or damaged can not be returned any more. Please note that we cannot accept the return of custom-made products, commissioned productions, items produced in special measurements, extensions and conversions. |

| Complaints: | ||||||||
|
Naturally you have the right to complain if your items arrive faulty, damaged or incomplete. WOODLAND’s friendly customer service team will endeavour to solve your problem as quickly as possible. All faulty and damaged items can be exchanged free of charge and as quickly as possible if you inform WOODLAND within 14 days of receipt (see section above). The buyer is responsible for keeping the items in safe custody and in their original packaging. WOODLAND reserves the right to repair the respective item. Under no circumstances shall WOODLAND be responsible for damages caused by misuse of the item. The period of warranty is valid for two years. |

We would be happy to keep your order in stock for a maximum of six months upon receipt of advance payment. This is only possible if we receive your full payment at least 14 days after your order has been placed. |

| Assembly service: | ||||||||
|
It is easy to assemble WOODLAND adventure beds using our practical self-assembly instructions. You just have to follow them carefully and take your time to do it. But if you prefer, we would be happy to recommend a home assembly service in your area to you. You would have to contact the assembly service yourself, in order to make an appointment that suits you and let them estimate the assembly costs for you on your own behalf. For customers living within a 100km radius of Düsseldorf (Germany), we could put you in touch with our own assembly service. |

| Collective ordering: | ||||||||

The clever bargain hunters use WOODLANDs collective ordering service: Simply get in contact with relatives or friends and make an order together to achieve the ultimate cost saving: Depending on the scope of your order you can save up to 12% if each family that is ordering includes at least one of our WOODLAND adventure beds. Customers who are already listed in our database (e.g. because of ordering a WOODLAND catalogue or other requests) can not become a partner of a collective ordering because this way the self-initiated advertising activity is not honoured as it is supposed to. |

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you such as your address and other customer data in strict accordance with the valid legislation. We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. You (the purchaser) admit to this personal data collection, storage, processing and use. We will give you the opportunity to admit onto the extent and the purpose of your data processing. You can also refuse the receipt any marketing e-mails from us or from other companies in the future. The information we receive with your catalogue request may only be forwarded to a company with an adequate product range for advertising purposes. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly. The personal information which we hold will be kept in a safe place in accordance with our internal security policy and current legislation and you have the right to claim notification, blocking and deletion of your personal data corresponding to the current legislation (§ 28 Abs. 4 des Bundesdatenschutzgesetz bzw. § 4 Abs. 3 des Teledienstdatenschutzgesetz). |
